My friends over at SEMPO, in conjunction with Econsultancy, have just released a new State of Search Results infographic related to current Mobile Marketing trends. While it is no secret that search queries originating from mobile devices outpaces desktop queries now… the fact that SMBs are not stepping-up their game is quite surprising.
Mobile Marketing Budget
The data clearly indicates search via mobile devices has been increasing at an alarming rate; however, only 3% of available marketing budget is attributed to targeting mobile audiences. It is clear that agencies should be encouraging SMBs to apportion greater marketing budget to the flourishing mobile market frontier.
